"Agent couldn't provide us specifically what discounts we were getting. For instance, all the discounts would be almost 70%of our insurance costs....clearly not right. Thus need to provide agent with the tools to allow clear info for us to understand cost of the policy and discounts. Agent could not verify cost differences between old and new car. We know it's more but not sure cost of collision and comprehensive and how those amounts changed. She clarified the fire department servicing our new home, which we appreciated learning! Agent was very friendly and provided us a full hour appointment. However she seemed frenzied to get through the appointment. We thank you for reaching out to us to get this appointment scheduled!! we appreciate the maple syrup gift."
