"It is times like this where I wish I could leave zero stars for a business. This company is unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone. They cost my family more than $12,000 by authorizing a renewal without our consent. Gene is impossible to get a hold of, I called him and emailed regarding this matter for two months and he never returned my requests. After reaching out to him repeatedly, I finally got a hold of him and he simply said " oh sorry I guess I should have communicated better" What? I am sure he enjoyed a commission off the more than 30k I now pay in insurance a year. Total rip off. So disappointed in a business we trusted."
