"Really is the way to go from Santa Maria to LAX. No worries with traffic. Driver was friendly and drove safely. Definitely to was to get to and from LAX with free parking at the Santa Maria Airport where the shuttle is located for pickup/dropoff."

"I booked a round trip to be driven to LAX and back to SMX. The driver to LAX was great! Joe was on time, polite, and very helpful where exactly he would pick me up when I returned from my trip. On my return trip to SMX, the shuttle driver was 45 mins late because of traffic. I am not blaming him for that. Traffic happens, especially in LA. We stopped in Buelton to get gas. He took FOREVER! Once we got back on the road, he was texting while driving. At this point, I was not empathic to his evening at all. Texting while driving is not safe. There should be a no tolerance policy for shuttle and bus drivers about texting while driving. I think I'll have a friend drive me in the future."

"Terrible experience. Will never use this service or recommend to anyone. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. 2 hours late to pick me up at LAX. I had to call to see why they weren’t there, no one called me to tell me they would be late. For return trip I called them the day before to make sure everything was good for the trip the following morning. I was told the driver had an emergency and they didn’t have a driver but were trying to find one and would call me back. I decided I could not chance the trip being canceled so I made other arrangements. When I called them back to tell them I did not need their service they were very rude and said they will not refund my money since they didn’t cancel on me."

"Nice way to get to and from the airport. I called the office, to make sure I was in the right place at SB airport, since it was getting 15 past pickup time, and was told she was stuck in traffic. Phew! They track their drivers to make sure where they are. Esmeralda is an excellent driver, and very nice!"

"Great ride. I always enjoy letting someone else do the driving. Would have liked a bit more comfortable seat. Owie my bum is a-bit-o-owie. Pic is L.A. traffic (405 Fwy) heading south to LAX."
