"I brought my car in 6 weeks ago for a transmission issue under a recall/warranty. Was told it's on backorder, which I understand. Since then I have called numerous times to check on the status, only to go to a voicemail (which I NEVER got a call back from), or to be transferred to someone that put me on hold..only to hang up on me! I'm beyond frustrated, I asked for a temporary loaner, which they say don't have... communication is important whether it's good news or not. Can't say I'm impressed by Santa Maria Ford service department right now!!"
