"It’s truly not surprising to find out this location has such a low rating. Earlier this year I had a package delivered that was thrown on top of my dog. I got a call and was told they’d talk to the driver because it was “unacceptable” to the company, supposedly. Yesterday I had a delivery and had my door open so they could hand it to me since it was raining outside. I didn’t want the package getting my new turntable from Best Buy wet. The driver dumps the box in front of the gate and I go to pick up the box, He’s already got his back turned and walking away so say “Thank you!”. No response, just proceeds to walk back to the delivery van and waits for me to go back inside before snapping a blurry, non descriptive photo of his window with what looks like it COULD be my home address. Unfortunately this has been my experience with OnTrac since living in Los Osos and receiving deliveries from them. Their customer service is horrendous and they do not care about your packages or property. If I notice a company is going to use OnTrac in the future to ship something to me, I will do everything in my power to cancel that order or refuse service. P.S. a few years ago I ordered a bottle of whiskey to be delivered that required an I.D. Check and I found the bottle at my front door after I got the notification it had been delivered. This company clearly is lacking in proper management and leadership."

"There is absolutely no way this is a legitimate business. OnTrac attempted to deliver a package THREE TIMES after 11 pm (seriously?) to my place of business, despite me submitting our receiving hours (to be clear, our receiving hours do not extend past 11 pm, because that would be insane). Literally the worst courier I've ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot considering how much I've dealt with GLS. Then, they had the audacity to request the gate code instead of delivering within our receiving hours. No sorry, I'm not giving our security gate code to one of your crackhead drivers so they can have access to a facility with millions of dollars in merchandise, 6 hours after we are closed for business. Try again. What an absolute farcical company."

"The company claimed I refused delivery of a package after they spent several days marking the package as "out for delivery" and "delayed". No communication. No way to talk to a human. I tried going to the office and no one answered. Worst experience I have ever had from a shipping company. No idea how they manage to stay in business."

"This is the worst delivery company. The drivers repeatedly leave my packages by my garage, in the driveway and on my sidewalk where anyone walking by could stop and pick it up! I saw the driver walk up my sidewalk on my camera. I went out the door to get my packages but they were not there. I walked down my sidewalk and there they were in plain view of anyone walking by!! I don't know how much lazier the drivers can get A few more steps would have my orders by my door where no one could see them. No way to talk to a person. I would have given a Zero rating if it was possible."

"We have never had one positive interaction with OnTrac. Their name is ironic. Lost packages, drivers lie about delivery, they won’t even bring it to the door, and always delayed delivery. When I did talk to the hub manager, he was so rude and condescending. I would rather bring back the pony express and wait 3 weeks for a package than have to use OnTrac. Unfortunately, we can’t pick who delivers. Today they threw my package at the bottom of the driveway which is next to the main road! Thank you for your fantastic service OnTrac!"
