Radisson Hotel Santa Maria

"The absolutely worst hotel to stay and worst management. This placed charged me 300 extra dollars because they found my vape which was just misplaced and never smoked inside room then a 50 for the comforter having a little stain. The heater did not work the toilet wouldn't flush the shower was absolutely horrible and when I called they would not refund me my money. Wow I am just absolutely dissapointed. DO NOT STAY HERE What I found out the place also has BED BUGS!!!"

"Toothpaste all over door, people’s hair under bed, someone’s old food under the couch. the military rate which is still higher than the average rate they give will not give you points for. Loud people at the pool all night and no one did anything. Security doesn’t help with anything. Had to pay for own cleaning supplies since poorly cleaned. Poor customer service. They don’t address anything. Told me initially I’d have points for my stay and the corporation and front office. Had points now they’re removed according to both after many emails and phone calls. Would have stayed somewhere else if I could do it again.unlike my other experiences with other stays, the customer service is not focused on happy guests nor resolving issues. They also won’t fix plumbing issues that are from prior guests so the room smells like sewage and looks like a motel."

"Went there for Thanksgiving brunch today with my family..... It was one of the worst meals I've had in a while and at a ridiculous price. Nearly everything was undercooked. Nothing for children that didnt want to have a full turkey meal. Was cold in all rooms. Decor was tasteless. Deserts were bland. It was embarrassing. We will never come here for another buffet. No one in that place looked happy."

"Horrifying. The room looked like Motel 6. Pillow encasements not zipped. Evidence of a former bedbug problem, on the pillowcases. One bed made, one put together by a child or a bad trainee. The carpet was thin and very badly stained. We arrived too late to do anything but check the pillows to find a couple of usable ones, then fall asleep. In our clothes. Seriously. Then they wanted to charge for breakfast. We weren't going to eat there anyway, but really? Fairly polite staff. No true customer service talent. Don't go."

"$19 for a breakfast buffet made up of the same food that comes complimentary at hotels half the cost is an unfortunate way to start the day. Add the fact that there is no complimentary coffee and it's completely unsatisfactory. For $23, the eggs better not be boxed and the coffee better be hot but neither are true. It's unsettling not just because of the cost for what you're getting but because it makes me wonder what else the hotel leadership thinks is a good idea. Very gracious staff especially at the front desk and in the restaurant."
