"Always able to find hats a like here"
"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR CUSTOM EMBROIDERY WORK! I would give them zero stars if that were possible. I ordered 4 hats to be embroidered they were to be completed on June 1st. They missed the deadline. They told me to come back on June 2nd in the afternoon I did and the store was not opened. I called on June 3rd said I was coming down to pick up the hats he said okay. When I got there they were not done. One hat was finishing up on the machine. When he took it off the machine the logo was angled. He tried to hand me that hat without trimming the threads. When I pointed out the logo not being straight he blamed the embroidery file. We have used the file for shirts and it was straight. He mounted the hat wrong to have it at an angle. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR EMBROIDERY WORK!"

"I had a wonderful experience with Danny at Lids at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. I had to go in for a special order on a jersey and it was a very sad occasion as it was in memory of my dear nephew who passed this year. He was so kind and compassionate when I had a bit of an emotional reaction. He also did a gorgeous job on the jersey. I highly recommend this store and their wonderful employee, Danny. Best"
