"I think these guys are about as good as any other large corporate bike shop. I bought a $7,700 bike from them towards the end of closing, my fault, I really wanted to get a bike before the weekend began. The staff were super great, all amazing people who wanted to help get me into something. Well it turns out the dropper on my $7k+ bike didn't work (they found it, kudos to the staff). They provided options, the best of which was to buy a new dropper with no labor cost which puts me over $8k. I asked what other options there were, and it was simply to order a bike from a sister store and get it in a week. The staff were really handcuffed by margins and the lack of a creative owner who is customer centric. Stark contrast is Buddys in Livermore, those guys swap out brakes, forks, wheels and do everything they can to get you setup on the kind of rig you're looking to shred on."

"Danielle and Jon were most helpful with helping me find a new road bike. I had been looking a at Cannondale SuperSix Evo 2 in either size 51 and 54. When they became available, I received an email letting me know. I came to the store, tried both out over and over again because I am in between both sizes. Danielle let me stay a few minutes past closing to make my decision and complete the sale. I happily went home that night with a size 51 and really enjoy the bike after a week and 100 miles of riding. "I was traveling for work and needed my tubeless tire freshen up. While I waited for the tech I spoke with Jon. He was super nice and told me about a bunch of different routes to ride. The one I ended up riding he said i would average 15 mph... I guess thats the only negative thing was he underestimated me lol.
