"I am always worried buying shoes because it takes a few days to really know if they fit. I got a pair here, but after wearing them a few days I got blisters. Unfortunately I had misplaced the receipt. I brought them back. The staff was extremely helpful, the search all the receipts on the day that I bought them until they found it and made sure I got a full refund. Thank you, guys."

"Not happy. No one knew the online policy and kept saying no no no. This is a terrible way to do business. Train your empolyee and empower them to solve your customers issue instead of passing the buck to the next store/person. Don't post that you can return online items at any if your associated stores when the empolyees at those stores don't know the policy and aggravate your customers! You lost half a dozen customers for life in the one hour spent on a Saturday to do a simple return!"

"The shoes my son wanted for his birthday were the last ones his size and were the display model. Normally for being a display, most stores give out a 10% discount. Not Champs. Not "let me see what I can do". Poor customer service. I still purchased the $120 regular price shoes for my son. Then the lady asked if I wanted a bag. I thought I did but then realized I could put the bag in the one we had so I said no. She said "too bad I already charged you for the bag". The worst customer service experience ever! How sad to know that these kids have never been taught how to give the customer "the pickle"."
