"I purchased a gift card for my wife, she went to the store and tried to use the gift card, when she got to the register they told her the gift card had $0 balance on it. So they give her a phone number to call. I did call and spoke to someone and they told me that the card has been used somewhere in Canada. We are thousands of miles away from Canada , it’s so obvious there is some kind of scam going on. I was told they will look into it and get back to us. 4 days later I received an email stating that I need to email them a picture of the gift card and a receipt for the purchase of the gift card. Thank god I still have it because most people probably would’ve toss it since I did purchase this gift card as Christmas gift back in December. I don’t understand why no one asked for this information if it was needed from the beginning, now we have to wait another week to get our money back. So I asked the person I spoke to on the phone today that I would like to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the supervisors they don’t speak to anyone on the phone, are you kidding me? What kind of company is this? If I can recall as a customer you have the right to speak to a supervisor no matter what company you are dealing with. Also why do supervisors exist and get paid if they are not willing or available to speak to their customers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t encourage anyone to buy gift cards from lulu lemon because you might need to wait to get back your hard earned money when a supervisor feel like it."

"1st time at this location, previously would be at Santana Row and Walnut Creek. It's a pretty decent size location. Only reason that it's not at 5 stars, we walked out after purchasing a jacket and some pants without realizing that they didn't remove the sensor on the pants. It wasn't until we were exiting Macy's that the sensor triggered the alarm."
