A couple of other guys were sitting at a desk and mosying around in the back rooms. "We have too many orders," the disinterested male clerk said. Whatever happened to customer service? I predict they'll be closed within 6 months with that kind of customer attention. I wonder if I had told them I'm looking for a place to embroider 10,000 hats . . ."
