"Oh NO Bob .. I was pretty disappointed with Bob's inventory, only because they don't have one! What you see must be ordered and hope it's not a popular item, like a nice pillow top mattress, that will take 2 months to get back in stock and as for prices... Well, I've seen the same mattress we bought for less at similar stores in that area, so I wish I would have just left the store after my 3rd choice was a few weeks out and I settled for something I'm just ok with. Just my opinion but I'd make less commercials and spend that on a speedier turnaround for customers, and maybe drop the discount in the name because I felt like the prices here were very similar to all other places. I would just say shop around before you go to Bob's discount furniture."

"It was a nice experience at the start. From the nice furniture to the awesome customer service I received in the store. But the ball was dropped at the end with the 'Delivery' and "Over-the-phone Customer Service' part of the experience. My home is in the process of getting remodeled so it's pretty empty. The movers end up damaging a wall that's about 2 feet wide. The 2 movers had a whole empty living room and dining room and somehow they still damaged a 2-foot-wide wall they didn't even have to go by. Then they tried leaving without setting up my things. My home contractor stopped them from leaving and told them they still had work to do. One of the movers ended up damaging (slicing) one of my couch pieces while he was unpacking. When it came time to call and talk with customer service and explain what happened it seemed like the customer service rep was not going in the direction he should've so I stopped him from talking and told him what had happened and all the witnesses around. He then switched it up and told me the couch piece would be replaced immediately. Come to think about it he didn't even confirm with me which couch piece had been damaged. I am hoping the right couch piece gets delivered and the couch is getting replaced without it affecting the warranty I bought. It should be replaced at no cost to me whatsoever because the service I received was not what I paid for. My property was damaged and now I have to wait another week for my couch set to be complete."

"I purchased this big red sectional, a server and a kitchen table in 2019. Bought Bob’s Good proof warranty as well. When the couch began to break down in 2021 I filed a claim which was denied because the couch is near a window. I was denied because UV damage is not covered. 2 years later, the entire sofas is breaking down. The pleather is flaking off and this thing is an eye sore. This is the basement sofa so use isn’t at all the same as the normal every day- upstairs sofa. I’m not saying you shouldn’t purchase from this place but I am telling u that it’s jenk and is not something that was built to last. It’s 2-3 year furniture. It isn’t 5 year plus…. Bob’s goof proof Warranty has a similar quality. This warranty is one that has no intention of being good proof, instead it’s claim proof. Every time I run down stairs and walk past this gigantic sectional I’m sick to my stomach due to the terrible condition of this sofa. If you’re wondering about the table, it’s not much better. It will not hold up to homework, kid, projects, or anything that slides over it. The whole finish will wear off with the slightest abrasion. The furniture here is junk. I have $3000 of junk and a warrant that covered nothing."
