"When you bought a laptop from a store and the laptop is $1550 but the laptops $900 from a different stores you're thinking it's a brand new laptop but when you see the sales person taking the laptop off the shelf put it in the Box tape it and give it to you that's not a brand new box that's open box people beware when you shop at get it now because when you think it's new overall it's not new it might be new for them but it's not new and new thing is when it's unopened like appliances things like that's new and you know it has not been touched I could not take it back because I signed the paperwork and seconds later saw him moving it from the shelf and put it in the box. If you have bad credit this is the place to go but the overcharge the items like crazy I give you advice people save your money work on your credit a little bit and go find something that actually a fair price good luck everyone."
"My experience here was terrible. I was given the wrong information. The salesperson who was helping me out sent someone else to do the dirty work of having to tell me it was sold after I had places a hold on it. Manager Jody acted like she didn’t care and didn’t even apologize for wasting my time and giving out the wrong information. If you put something on hold it Apparently doesn’t count. They’ll sell it regardless. This is a terrible place to shop at. Ikia is way better than this place."
"Very bad experience, called two days earlier to hold a bed set. I was told they would have it ready for me. I sold my old bed set and mattress the same day. I rented a truck and came in, started paperwork and then was told it was already sold. I wasn’t even given an apology for wasting my time and being lied to. Manager couldn’t care less, she basically shrugged and said “too bad”. Never coming in again. Worst customer service ever, I recommend Bob’s furniture on the east side."
"Service is good but probably becuase they only make commission. Furnature is really nice but way too pricey. Also dont get the 5 year protection plan they offer for close to $200. Its not worth it. It only covers a small amount of things and if you get replacement covets the plan doesnt cover the new covers. I only had the couch for a year to get a hole ripped in to it and to get it fixed but now but i have 4 years left. Anything can happen in 4 years. Also its through a 3rd party so they work separatly from get it now. Not happy."
"I was approved online and due to time restrictions I asked very specific questions. I asked for a specific laptop and the girl I spoke to on the phone told me I could get it. When I got there they told me that the specific laptop I wanted I was not approved for. I was really upset and felt like I had been caught in a bait and switch scheme. The saleswoman then showed me a laptop on display and said I could take that one. I asked if they had a new one in the back and she said no. I asked would it be the same price as a new one and she said yes. At this point I was really irritated. She then went into a back room and came out with two computers. I checked the graphics and got the one closest to what I needed. It is not at all what I thought it was going to be, but I am going to pay for it and I learned a lesson."
