"We ordered all new appliances for our kitchen and they keep changing the delivery date, which I could be understanding of with where things are these days. However this time they called to reschedule the day of delivery after we received a confirmation email and check list of what to do before they arrived. We already had our fridge cleaned out and moved out of the way, microwave unmounted, and dishwasher unhooked and moved. Not to mention made arrangements for our furry pups to stay with grandma so they wouldn't be in the way. Though, that one, I don't think Grandma or the pups minded too much. They now said the items weren't available, and set them up for 3 separate delivery times next month with a delivery window of 7am-7pm each. Very disappointing! Especially because when we ordered them, John knew we wanted them quickly and even put us on a list to be delivered sooner if possible."
"Just stopped in to try to purchase an Apple Pencil (1st generation), which the website said they had in stock. There were no employees in that part of the store so I went to customer service to see if someone could unlock the cabinet. The man at customer service said "there should be someone over there, I don't have a key" and then looked away. He didn't offer to call someone or help me find that person. Finally the person with the key showed up and assured me I had the right thing. I checked online and it was actually the second gen apple pencil which is not compatible with the iPad I have. I tried to ask a third employee if they could check to see if they had the correct one in stock and this person also told me in so many words that it was not their job. I should also say I had my 18 month old baby with me this whole time. I only mention this because it’s obviously hard to spend 30 minutes waiting around to get help while also managing a toddler. When all was said and done, I wasted a half hour in this store, never got any help, and never got the thing I needed which the store allegedly had. Won’t be back."

"Do NOT buy from here. I bought something yesterday and when I got home I looked at my receipt and $5 had been added on for 'St. Jude Donation'. I used contactless payment only to pay and didn't touch anything else. So the $5 donation must be default instead of making it an option to select if you want to donate. And get this, they won't refund that money if you go back. Supposedly it goes immediately to St. Jude."
"Wow, uhmmm ? I just purchased a laptop here and the service at this location is quite amazing!!! 1st trip today: I waited patiently for the one person in PC’s to help me and 14 minutes later someone else finally opened the cage. We then discussed the specs and I inquired about two features and I was told to “look it up” ok, fine figured out my questions. Laptop purchased; on my way home, open the box no charger… ok it’s an open box. Turn around back to the Store Visit 2: Front door, met a person, I stated the charger was not in the compartment in the box. She then explained there was a compartment and it might be in there. Ok… young man now helps me locate a chord, it’s not what I wanted but I asked to plug the laptop in so I can see if it actually boots up. The response, “if you don’t want this chord , you should buy one on Amazon” ok that’s the plan now… but that’s not what I was ultimately asking. I wanted to confirm the laptop functions before I buy a charger for it. So, he begrudgingly opens a charger and plugs it in just long enough for the screen to turn on; closes the lid, and hands it to me. “It works” A pleasure to deal with… thank you all for the pleasure of dealing with your inadequacies."
