(I had never heard of one!) He checked the website of the mattress brand we picked and found us an even better sale. Delivery will be Tuesday, 8 days from now. When we asked if the delivery guys would be willing to haul our old bed to our basement guestroom, he assured us they would (and that they'd appreciate a tip). Definitely recommend."

"It's hard to believe a mattress is an impulse purchase but I while I had been thinking about looking at one since mine is over 8 years old, I hadn't planned on settling on one on a random Sunday afternoon. I was actually looking to get ice cream so was next door to American Mattress and just figured I'd go in for a quick look to see what they had. Augie was very nice and walked me through my choices. Based on what he told me about the new mattress technology and some of the guarantees and sales going on, I decided to replace my mattress. With the sales I got a really great deal on a mattress with a reasonable delivery charge and they are hauling away the old mattress. Hard to find companies that do that these days. Delivery was also scheduled very quickly. When Augie said "Tuesday" I assumed he meant a Tuesday weeks in the future but he meant the coming Tuesday. So I will have purchased the mattress and have had it delivered within two days. Very excited about getting a new mattress and with the newer technology, excited about hopefully sleeping cooler."
