"We had a fabulous experience with La-Z-Boy in Greenfield! Brenda our Sales Associate was AMAZING to work with! She was patient with us while deciding on a recliner and a material we wanted it in! She was knowledgeable, kind, funny and totally customer focused! Love her…she’s a rockstar! We also bought a sofa sleeper unfortunately it didn’t fit through a door in our house and it had to be returned. The delivery guys were awesome and took great of our house while moving the sleeper in and out! Finally, the return of the sofa sleeper was so easy! My husband and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at La-Z-Boy! We totally recommend purchasing your furniture from them!
