"Great customer service from Max C. Very helpful in selection. I needed to edit this review to include Liz. I had a difficult situation occurr causing the need to have my purchase delivered sooner. As the item wasn't available yet, Liz and Max C came up with an out of the box solution that I would have never expected. They were able to put a "loaner" package together that we could use until our order arrived and they did this in less than 24 hours. Such great customer service from these two! I highly recommend purchasing from this store!"
"Best experience ever start to finish! Skylar greeted me and let me browse the store without any pressure. She checked in with me at just the right time and then helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. Skylar is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and fun. Informed me of the delivery process and got by new couch and loveseat scheduled for delivery. Day of delivery, I received a text message informing me the delivery team was on the way. I could track them as they approached. I couldn't have asked for a better team with my delivery! I wish I wrote down their names. Professional, polite and very careful with bringing in my new furniture. Thank you Skylar and the 2 gentlemen that delivered my furniture!"
