"Verlo mattress salesman Eder was very helpful. Delivery and Crew was outstanding. Unfortunately I never noticed that the order was written up for a plush mattress but fortunately Verlo has an adjustment policy so I’ll have ours adjusted to firm."

"Good mattresses, but beware of "lifetime comfort guarantee"! You'll be sure to be disappointed. I bought a mattress five years ago, and it has served us well. I recently looked into the specifics of the comfort guarantee as that was what originally attracted us to Verlo. Come to find out it's not nearly as seamless as you are led to believe. There is a "nominal" fee...in our case for a king bed it *started* at $400!! Plus any further non standard changes. Then I'm told if there are *any* stains of *any* type on the mattress, Verlo refuses to service it at all. Now I totally understand the need for a rule like this, but one coffee stain and the entire lifetime guarantee is void? In all, it's a quality mattress. But don't get duped into thinking there is any benefit for you down the road. Buy it as an expensive one time mattress or find another option."
