"Moved in several years ago, the property is clean, quiet and occasionally kids are outside playing but it doesn't bother me at all. I’ve lived in several states and properties, not all properties are strict which can lead to a chaotic environment to live in. Luckily, La Posada enforces property rules and my experience here has been a peaceful one. Recently, the property went through some renovations and everything ran smoothly. The date for renovation was set and flooring, paint, light fixtures, vanity sink install and more, was done well and in a timely manner. No pests issues, we keep our home clean and occasionally have pest control come in to spray to prevent any pests. Living in apartments where units connect, If a neighbor has a pest issue it can easily spread to the unit next door- so I do my part to ensure I have no pests and I've had no issues in the years I have been here."
"Manager takes advantage of people in voulnerable positions. She does not regret her actions, only being caught."
"Living there since the year 2000 practically 22 years. My experience living here is great, a very calm place and very secure. Neighbors are friendly, not all of them but mostly all just like anywhere else. I have seen management in and out in over 22 years and new management has been very courteous and helpful if you follow the complex RULES. Management doesn’t bother you at all. When things get out of hand that is what management is for to settle thing how it supposed to be. So far good Management."
"New manager needs to be humbled, and needs to be out of drama and in her job. Like you are not mean’t for this job position if you still got many things due to fix in several homes in that apartment complex and argue about why it should be fixed and to make sure you can clearly witness it in order to fix it rather than to believe the person in that home requesting for you to fix it for a long time, but yet you would rather be in drama and encourage it. Do better"
"I heard a lot of awful things about the complex apartments. No respect for the elderly. There is an infestation of bugs and mice. And, single apartments do not follow rules and regulations."
