"Still never received my overpayment and deposit back (over $1,000) despite them saying I would received it in full. Hand delivered a notice to them in regards to this and have heard nothing. Among other things they had misrepresented the room as an apartment then after I was in for a few days they stayed they were a hotel. On top of it they did some shady calculations for my "rent" that never made sense. They have at least three company names that seem deliberately made to hide their company."

"Super cheap place in quiet neighborhood, rent for the 1 bedrooms is only around $1400/month WITH all utilities included (there is an AC as well). This used to be a Holiday Inn, so the 1 bedroom apartments are 330sqft hotel rooms. They come with 2 queen beds but you can remove one upon coming here if you want. Some of the rooms have been remodeled with wood floors and a kitchen sink area, but others are not remodeled (carpet floor, no kitchen sink area). The 2 bedroom apartments have two floors, I believe they demolished the ceiling of former rooms to do this. Most rooms are fully furnished (bed, tables, TV, fridge, microwave, hot plate). The property manager, her assistants, and the maintenance/cleaning guys are all very nice. There is a laundry room here with 4 washers and 4 driers, it costs $2.25 for a wash and $1.75 for a dry. There is also a pool and a sauna, which is nice. Even though the complex has monthly stays, most people seem to stay here for much much longer, like at a normal apartment. All the people I've met are very nice, and the place as a whole is quiet. My only real complaint is the doors have zero padding so when you close them it's straight wood-on-wood contact and extremely loud. It's so bad the rooms shake when they close, so I had to put some padding along the door edge. The walls are also not that soundproof, particularly because there is a communicating door (since it was a hotel). You can hear your neighbors."

"It started as a good place, but unfortunately if you need maintenance or emergency repairs in the building nothing gets done. It’s hot summer with no electricity twice and it did not get fix till 3 days later. My groceries got spoiled. Now with Air conditioner problems and not working. It’s a nightmare. I have repeatedly requested for it to be repair because it’s really hot. There’s no air circulation. I called and I was told is not an emergency! How is this not an emergency? AC unit is broken! It’s so hot and it is a health risk because it exposes you to a possible heat stroke due to the heat concentration in the room. It’s hotter than outside. Very disappointed and frustrating to be put in such a hazardous situation. I do not recommend this place to you."

"Seems to be a nice quiet place.most.of the time. I visit sometimes and have heard some yelling and arguments. But they keep it clean and fixed up, pool is cleaned alo g with jacuzzi. People seem to be friendly in passing."
