"These apartments are dirty, festival with rats, bed bugs, cockroaches. The managers do not care for the health of their tenants. They barely answer their phones in the office even when they’re there just having conversations with each other. Members have complained about the protection issue in the apartments of random people coming in and out because the lock gate doesn’t work anymore."
