"This is such an amazing place to live. The building is not just beautiful, but the architects made an incredible job in ensuring everyone had an outdoor space and huge bright windows without having the discomfort of looking at neighbors or people from the street. The place is filled with light and everything worked perfectly for me all the time. Management is always in top of everything and they strive to give us the best experience. You cannot beat this location when you want to be close to the bars on University or Balboa whilst still being in a quiet place. The best thing for me was that they had no hangups with my 2 service dogs and they also loved the space. I hated having to move out, but my company relocated me to another city, but I will definitely come back when I’m in San Diego again."

"Ive lived here off and on since it was built and its truly a special building. The abundant natural light streaming through the numerous windows in most units is truly remarkable. The community is characterized by friendly neighbors, many of whom are proud dog owners. While storage/closets may be limited, you can get creative. The recent change in ownership and management posed some challenges for the building. However, fortunate for prospective residents, Eleonor has assumed the role of property manager and has effectively addressed the issues. In my experience with numerous managers over the years, Eleonor stands out as truly remarkable. Her proactive and efficient approach has been invaluable, especially during my move-out process. Cant beat the location! HOB coffee and TRUST in your lobby. I'll miss Mr Robinson"
