"Property Management is great and quick. I don't know what the other person was talking about. I lived there for 3 years. Maybe they were the disgruntle families(yes related families) they had to kick out for abusing the place."
"Apartment damages reported to managers but were never fixed or followed up on in either of the two appartments I rented. When I moved out I requested that the return of my half of security deposit get sent to a seperate address than my roommate, but instead he got the full amount and he ended up losing the check. Watch your ass when you move out and be very clear with what you want, I've had others I've talked to about them get screwed on the same things."
