"The property manger, Brittnie, is simply wonderful! Recently, I requested to switch units and she made the process a breeze! She is super approachable, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the building. The building as a whole has a good vibe and the majority of residents are very friendly.There is a key fob/code to get into the front door as well as the elevator (and security at night). I feel safe once inside the building. Furthermore, I enjoy the unique gym that is located in the old bank vault. The location, condition of the units, friendly neighbors, and wonderful property manager make this place hard to leave. Also, a special shoutout to John, the head of maintenance, he is such a hard worker and always completes my maintenance requests within a reasonable window of time. He has helped me a lot and I really appreciate it!"

"If you're looking for the industry loft New York vibe in San Diego, Broadway Loft is your spot! Except, unlike New York, the apartments are HUGE! I'm completely obsessed with the natural light of my space, the wall-to-wall windows, high ceilings, concrete floors and exposed ducts. It's my dream space and I was so excited to find it in San Diego."
