"I’ve been living in these apartments for the past year and I have been very comfortable there. Like any other community you have a few bad apples but that is normal and it is very manageable. Other than that the maintenance staff is great very polite and trustworthy. Ernestina has done a great job in taking care of us and maintaining a great complex. Looking forward to resigning a new lease next month."
"Ive been living here fora while now and management has forgotten about my request-TWICE, and keeps on forgetting. We've asked for a black fence door to have installed to our apartment for the summer, since we first moved in, but management doesnt seem to care about its residents, as we remain without a black fence door... The area is ok, and if you like to be ignored, this is the place to be! Have a good day folks!"
"It was not bad. Did not appreciate rent increase. But the amenities are fine. I would go back if they would fumigate."
"The rent is always increasing by an immense amount of money. My mother discussed with the front lady at the main office over the bump we have in our bathroom ceiling and all she said was to throw away my mother's plants. Maintenance came to check it out, but after that they haven't come back. Now the bump is dripping water. We need to move out of here immediately!"
