"After signing the lease and paying non refundable renters insurance I was notified that my lease was cancelled. That's because the person who gave their 30 day notice decided they didn't want to move. Completely unprofessional business. DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"Lived at Form 15 for a few years and everything was trouble free. The leasing office and maintenance were always prompt and helpful. An easy place to live. Any fees when moving out (cleaning and fixes) were clear and itemized as well as quite reasonable in price. Only moved out due to my work moving. Definitely recommend as a community to live in."

"Form 15 is a very quiet and peaceful place to live (beyond the sirens, which are ofren. I've lived in ocean beach and we had airplanes. Downtown you have sirens.) The building is solidly built with an enforced parking structure. Security is a mainstay since living here. Key fobs to move in and out and throughout the building. It's kept up immaculately well. The two ladies that clean up everyday should get a raise, it looks so good. Salt water pool is divine and the hot tub is always hot! The few times I've needed to call on the maintenance team they've been prompt, professional and efficient. Eric has been especially great from the maintenance group. "Very nice apartment complex. The amenities include: a pool, a hot tub, a workout room, an outside bar-b-que area, two different sitting areas, and a rooftop terrace. The landscape is nice to look at, and the theme is very contemporary. So far, so good."
