Reviews
"The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the location is unbeatable, and the facilities are well maintained (it feels like you are permanently on vacation!).. but the real standout of 210 Third is the staff! Lucas, Cesar, Anthony, and the entire 210 Third team are incredible. They have been on top of the very few problems we have had immediately, and also come up with great building-wide events to make the community really feel like home. We are so happy to chose 210 Third!"
"I’ve been living here for 2 months so far and love it. The layout of the units are spacious, airy, and rather unique (e.g. poured concrete flooring) compared to others you can find around the LA area. I like how my layout is a one-bedroom with a separate “den” area, which gives me room for creative projects. The community amenities (pool, jacuzzi, well-equipped gym) are fantastic and seem like those you’d find in a resort. Parking is easy for residents and guests, considering this complex is built on top of a parking garage. Lucas and Swa in the management office have been very responsive and helpful. A few things to note: the neighborhood has a lot of new buildings going up all around, and there is construction noise every day. I expect this will go down soon, as the buildings directly across the street are almost finished and will have people starting to move in. The area is very walkable, with nearby restaurants and stores. Even so, Long Beach is still recovering from the pandemic. Many nearby blocks have vacant storefronts, and there are some homeless people. I didn’t find this to be unexpected, as most downtown areas around America have similar problems. Overall, I’m really happy to have chosen to live here. I’ll update my review if anything changes."
"I absolutely loved living here. From the business center to the rooftop deck. Having so many shops, eateries to choose from and the farmers market at your door step made me feel catered to. Literally everything you’d need is a short away. My apartment was super spacious and cozy. The staff was amazing my entire stay at the Lofts."
"This will be our 3rd year here and it's we love it. Pros: 1. Amazing location! You've got a pho place, Italian place, boba, and various other restaurants downstairs. 2. Views are awesome if you're on the promenade side. 3. Units are spacious with their open loft floor plans. 4. Parking is excellent for you and your guests. 5. The apartment manager Adam has been the best. Any issue we have had has been dealt with quickly and completely. 6. The rooftop is beautiful, just check the website. 7. The soundproofing in the apartment is excellent. We had a party with about 15 guests and I could not hear anything from outside my apartment unless the door was cracked open. Cons: 1. Worst elevator of all time on the promenade side building. 2. Packages must be picked up between 9 and 6 pm. Which is great if you can get in at that time but my work is between those hours so I often can't get packages."
"Property manager, Adam, lacks any personable skills Initial incident regarding paperwork is completely understandable, but Adam lacks any ability to communicate with empathy. When we requested the contact information of someone else at the building who could assist with the move in, Adam claimed that there is no one else On top of that, once the paper work issue was resolved (within an hour) another incident/argument regarding the move in process occurred. With no communication skills, the property manger called the police and refused to hand over keys after payments have already been made/lease signed. While I understand there are often disputes between management and residents, it is hard to believe the only resolution was involving police"
