"Future tenants beware!! I believe that this is one big con artistry ring. I think that they use these residential buildings to clean their dirty money, because it is really easy to get poor people into these buildings. None of the rooms look like the pictures in the sense that the rooms are extremely filthy with extreme roach infestations. You'd be better off going to a motel with bed bugs in it. There's also no legitimate phone number to reach them at, so whether you are booking them directly or through airbnb, you will not be able to reach out to them via phone. One of the con artists, dennis, doesn't even speak English at all. He walks around using Google translate on his phone to translate his Russian to English. They refuse to get the building fumigated because they probably can't afford it once they rip everyone off. If using airbnb, beware because they have an airtight cancellation policy. Once you're in there, you are basically stuck into you. Find a representative on Airbnb that can actually help you. The roaches will eventually crawl into your luggage."

"Please think twice before you move into this place that is operated by a bunch of people with fake names. This building is very old and is extremely infested with roaches. Yes, the units are furnished, but they are furnished with furniture from thrift shops and shop shops; and they two are full of roaches. The infestation is bad, and the owners of the building won't do anything about it but give you road spray. Also, the elevator is very dangerous, and the inspection sticker on it expired nearly 2 years ago. However, the owners of the building don't care because mainly poor people need these units. Think about it, who buys an apartment building or leases an apartment building that is furnished? You all are going to be thoroughly disgusted at how many roaches live inside of all of their appliances. One after the other, you will have to destroy many roaches, and the roach spray just won't be enough. Spend a little bit more money and find another place.. it will be worth it in the end."

"Best apartment rentals in LA! The place is as pictured! Very cute, very clean. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is hot (bath & shower), the kitchen is stocked with appliances. The pictures are 100% accurate. There is AC, and even heat if you need it. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay! The hosts are very accommodating!"
