"Fantastic customer service and high quality umbrella."
"Don’t bother with these people. I ordered a patio umbrella from them via Amazon and was given a shipping confirmation with a delivery date. When, several days after the estimated delivery date passed with no umbrella, I emailed their customer service asking where it was (hoping for at least an update). Instead of an update, I received the following email: “We have canceled your order.” That was the entire email! No explanation, no apologies, just canceled my order. When I asked them why they canceled my order I was told “It is better you go elsewhere.” This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and if these guys want to be a bunch of temperamental prima donas who treat their customers this way, they have no business being in a sales industry. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this people."
