The place was so disorganized and a "mess" the bathroom was so bad you need gloves to touch anything not even the sinks I won't even mention the toilets so gross. Customer Service none cashiers so where in the place. The place needs to be shut down."

There were items not even close to the right size and with all of the stock they had, it was difficult to find what I was looking for. Staff can be friendly, depends on who is working. Have had some not so nice staff at times. Stopped going, better off just going to the eau claire locations"
"I rarely go here, mainly because I live far from here. But whenever I have the time and fuel for it, they usually have something I would enjoy. I remember one time I went here a few years ago, I found this in the more vintage area of the store, and I have loved coming here ever since. The staff are very friendly too."
