"After placing my online order for the best toilet bowl cleaner in the world (Ace brand), Life totally happened and I forgot to pick up my order by the due date. I received a phone call a day before the due date from a very nice female reminding me about my order. I wasn’t able to pick it up by the due date, but the day after, I called to see if my order was still there. It was. Thank you! When I went in to pick it up the same day I called (the day after the due date), the older gentleman gave me a bit of attitude. I’m not sure if it was because I’m completely to blame for it sitting almost a week in total, if he was having a bad day, if he was mad because I interrupted his conversation with a coworker, or maybe he’s just a grump in general. ( That’s why I left out a star. Sorry :( ) BUT, I will be back for more toilet bowl cleaner!"
