They are very responsive and always consider the renter's needs. I've dealt with other apt building management, but these folks have been very good at always replying in a timely manner. The building is very modern . The lounges and the rooftop are great to hang out. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since that can be hard to find in LA. Also, the internet is pretty fast -- regularly at 300-400 megabits/second and the cell phone reception was great -- I did live on the top floor, fyi. They also have parking/charging for EVs if you have a Tesla. I hope I have management like these folks at my next place!"
