"I have to say I really enjoy living here, for quite a few reasons - the building being BRAND new means everything is absolutely perfect and clean and modern with a massive in-unit washer and dryer; the aesthetic they chose of all neutral means everything you have will match it perfectly; there is a streamlined gym that actually has space to move around; if you have an EV you are given a parking spot with a dedicated charger *right away* instead of being on a waitlist; and EVERY unit is above street-level because of the retail space so as a woman it feels like you have extra safety and privacy - each of these was something I hoped to have and am SO happy I found it all in the same building!! People have mentioned hearing their neighbors, which I don't through the walls but yes if you have heavy footed people above you, you probably will sure, but that's in every single building in LA if you're not on the top floor. Also, the building is maintained SO WELL by the property manager (Monica) - everything is spotless, and every request is handled incredibly quickly, and they are overall quite accommodating which is a rare find. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been a tenant here for 6 months now. The reason I’m giving it 2 opposed to 5 stars is strictly the front office. Monica is rude. 4 days ago my appliances stoped working. The stove and microwave. I went to the front office to speak with Monica and update her to the situation and maintenance reached out within minutes and set a time same day to check it out. Maintenance (Nate) is easy going, ran a few test and was able to get the oven back going but concluded that a new microwave was needed. In the meantime we decided that a countertop microwave was going to be given due to not knowing how long it would take to receive a new one after ordering which i was very understanding of and accepted. The next day I went to the front office to check the status and Monica told me the new microwave was ordered but she didn’t know how long it would take. No problem, maintenance and I had already discussed that. I then requested the countertop microwave we discussed because I wanted to warm my rice and chicken leftovers for lunch. She told me there is no countertop microwave to give me and that I’d have to wait. I expressed to her my conversation with Nate and she responded very RUDELY you have a stove right? Use that…. (Ummm what?) I responded by telling her working appliances were included in my lease as apart of my rent and that it was already discussed and that I would like it to be handled. She then said she would contact her boss and get further information on how to handle it. Shortly after talking to her boss a new microwave would be coming tomorrow. Nice, if she wasn’t the middle man this situation could have been better due to me being understanding and maintenance handling the situation. As far as noise and fire alarms always going off … I’ll save that review for another day. If you don’t like your job Monica just say that but bullying others when the situation could’ve been easily handled, not cool and it’s not the first time, but again, I’ll save that for another day. Maintenance 5stars, Monica 0.5 overall 2 stars."

"I love this building! It’s beautiful and has an awesome rooftop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I toured with the manager Monica and she was so nice and has the best attitude. I had a great experience coming here and recommend this building to anyone looking for a great location with attentive staff. Thank you!!!"

"This building is located in a great spot not far from the beach only a 10 minute drive away but far enough to where you don’t have to deal with beach traffic! It’s new, fresh, and modern with lots of great amenities like a gym and rooftop access where you can see views of the city and hang out with your guests. There are places all over the property where they put out furniture I will sometimes have lunch outside and really enjoy that! The manager of the property Monica is very sweet and you can tell she really cares about the community of people living there. I really love it here because it’s a beautiful property with so many great features not far from where I work and the beach is huge plus!"

"Terrible Noisy Building and Management Won’t Help Upstairs neighbor has been stomping around and playing loud music until 3am for a month now and the only thing management has done is chastise me for knocking on their door, asking them to turn it down bc it was so late. They won’t do anything so I’ve asked to leave and they said it would be $6000 to break my lease. I’m being gaslit by a place that is supposed to be my home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What a scam! The walls are paper thin and it’s unbearable when you get a noisy neighbor. Buyer beware!"
