"Please stop texting surveys at 4 am. This definitely need improvement. Hector made himself available despite of the weather conditions. I would have rated higher but the issue reoccurred the next day. Another call had to be placed. The telephone number by the alarm panel should be changed. Most residents called the number with no response. You should distribute flyers with the appropriate contact information. This use to be done by previous management every other month."
