"I called just now to request some general questions about the requirements I need to apply. The lady which she called “ manager of the property” she pretends that I don’t speak fluent English, her tone of voice was if she was talking to a child. When I was asking questions, at all times she do it on purpose of not understanding me correctly, and she told what kind of questions where those?? I rephrase the questions I couldn’t hear any empathy, respect and courtesy towards me. My only concern is: the people living there how are being treated? Imagine with this discriminated lady how will be the staff in there! Something that everyone should be considered before they decide to move or signed the agreement. L"
