"Come here at your own risk. They will beg you for good reviews, however they can't handle an emergency situation properly amongst many other issues such as the fire alarms constantly going off. Everyone from the buildings were evacuated from our apartments by LAPD due to a suspect with a gun on one of the floors and we did not get a single notice from the leasing or security team. We had to find out this information from an officer after running an errand and not being allowed back into the area, again no notice from Terrena. Overall this situation has left a poor taste in my mouth."

"DO NOTT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT!!! R read all the reviews, take the reviews about the alarms seriously I didn’t and it was the worst mistake. The experience I had living at Terrena was dismal. It is an unlivable place. The CONSTANT fire alarms in the middle of the night and all the time is UNREAL. The lack of care from the staff was appalling. After speaking to many tenants I realized this problem is ongoing (for years) and will not change. The bait and switch Terrena's staff does has one believing you are going to be in a nice updated and beautiful building. Yet, they never communicate or offer the full picture or information to what is needed as to moving in, out or when something is wrong. After many emails and questions about the property and how unsafe I felt with the alarms and what was happening- there is a reason for the alarms it’s not mechanical as they tell you! I knew I had to leave. I was never informed of the information I needed to properly move out, what forms I had to fill out or what I needed to do until I was physically handing over my keys. This place 0/10 recommendations. You can find somewhere better!!"

"I had an exceptional experience with Laura, the leasing manager, during my apartment search. Her dedication and patience were evident as she gave me thorough tours of the property on three different days, never making me feel rushed. Laura's responsiveness to my emails and her willingness to address all my questions added a personal touch to the entire process. Thanks to her efforts, I found a wonderful home, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding service. Thank you Laura!"

"My wife and I came here to do a tour of the apartments since this was one of the places we like. I made an appointment online and showed up early. I was able to find parking because they do not have a lot of parking spots here that I know of. Our leasing consultant was Laura and she was very helpful. She answered all my questions, went through the process of everything and showed us the different rooms that we were interested in. This apartment complex is nice, they have nice amenities like bbq grill, lounge, fitness, zumba and more. We like the layout of the 2 bed, 2 bath and 1 office room because of the open island in the kitchen. There also a garden here as well that she told us you can pick stuff from."

"Don’t be fooled by the “positive” reviews. They are all from new people that just moved in. The gym has been outdated and been promised improvements that never get fulfilled. The pool area tends to get a homeless person bathing themselves not a sight my daughters or my nieces need to see. At night time there’s homeless people who wander around smoking something that doesn’t even smell like weed or cigarettes. At night time; random hours the FIRE ALARMS WILL GO OFF. Management have no control of the situation and will turn a blind eye. Aside from the burglaries, the car thefts, the vandalism to cars. It has NOT been a positive experience. Been here for 3 years going on 4. I only stayed because I stayed hopeful they will fulfill promises of change and been patient. No change has been made other than getting new key fob. Elevators are still broken."
