"They will take your money. Do not expect to get your deposit back. They are a scam. We left our apartment in a brand new and clean condition, even hiring a cleaning service to deep clean it. However, they refused to return our deposit of $1,000 and charged us an additional $2,000 for supposed damages. This is completely unfair, especially during these challenging times. I strongly advise you not to consider renting from them. Attached is how we left the apartment "damaged"."

"police have already come here once due to threats of violence and talks about shootings from the neighbors. There was a drunk person who stole a very expensive package from my door and manager did nothing about it. 2nd time police came around is when i already moved out. Manger lets just anyone into these apartments she sucks"

"Great location and decently sized units that come at a hefty price. The property is centrally located to just about everything you could want/ need but the building isn’t in the best of conditions. I’ve lived here for two year due to the location and what at that time was affordable rent but was often troubled with FREQUENT water shutoffs due to repairs. The building is old and the owners prefer to remodel units to seem appealing but neglect the bigger issues. The overall quality of the building is falling apart. The grounds are often not well kept and the elevator breaks down for months at a time. The water lines are severely damaged, and the walls and windows are paper thin. The windows in my unit would rattle if my upstairs neighbor walked around too much upstairs and you could hear conversation between your neighbors and people in the parking lot next door. There have also been suspicious individuals seen loitering and car break-ins in the parking structure. When I initially moved into the property there were several families that had been here for years, it was a quiet building with very little disruption. Management has now begun to forcefully force people out of their units by refusing to renew leases so that they’re able to drastically increase the rent. In this last year more and more tenants have been relocating and the quality of the new tenants is questionable. Approximately 6 or so months ago construction began in the parking structure to construct new Section 8 efficiency units where our gym and additional parking was located. Construction has been off and on causing a disruption to your day to day life. As someone who frequently works from home I find the noise of jackhammers and constant banging to be very disruptive. It is unclear as to when this project will be completed but it does not seem to be anytime soon. I was over charged for my rent twice and was told that it was an error only after addressing the issue with management. Make sure you monitor your monthly statements so that they’re not taking more than the appropriate amount. I do not trust this management company and would never rent from them again. If given the option I would suggest the building next door or across the street. Those properties appear to be better kept and are now at a similar price point."
