"Living at Meridian Place Apartment Homes has been a rollercoaster of experiences, marked by both positive aspects and notable frustrations. While the community boasts appealing features, a recurring issue with the elevators has significantly marred the overall living experience. To make matters worse, attempts to communicate this concern with the management have been met with disappointing silence. The persistent problem with the elevators has turned an otherwise comfortable living arrangement into an inconvenience. The elevators seem to be consistently out of service, forcing residents like myself to rely on the stairs regularly. This inconvenience is exacerbated when dealing with heavy groceries or household items, turning routine tasks into arduous challenges. Compounding the issue is the lack of responsiveness from the management. Despite reaching out via email to report the elevator malfunctions, there has been a regrettable absence of any form of acknowledgment or action. The lack of communication leaves residents feeling neglected and adds an unnecessary layer of frustration to an already inconvenient situation."

"Extremely Bad Behavior by the Leasing staff. They have lots of attitude. I request the community of this apartment to address this issue. You cannot have leasing staff who doesn't answer your queries and keep avoiding, ignoring your concerns. Propert manager Brianna Wendel-Smith, Monica Rajes and front staff - please make sure to learn good manners and learn to treat your people fairly before coming to your job. 0/5 rating for the extremely bad behavior"

"I give 5 stars mainly because of Esmeralda. Thanks to her I was able to move in on time. Esmeralda was always there and picked up when I called, followed up, and also returned all my calls. She also offered me a tour and was very professional. I can tell that she cares really cares about the property and the people living in it. The apartment is also very spacious and has a nice balcony. Maintenance is quick to come and complete work if any needs to be done."
