Completely quiet and barely any movement. Of course we would have to travel to the q variel for any other amenities. But this place is amazing you cant beat it . I hope anyone looking for a place to call home looks no further than this complex. If i can contact the owner of this building and notify them of such wonderful workers they have that i have came across while trying to move in , wow extremely professional and supper driven to their jobs ! "Absolutely love this property! A HIDDEN GEM in the valley. It's still fairly new so all of the units are newly renovated and have a beautiful modern and chic interior. It's spacious, the natural light we get through our giant windows are unreal and sunsets are beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. Maintenance handles issues within in an appropriate time and I've never had any major issues here. 10/10!"

"Hands down the best apartment living experience I ever had being in The San Fernando Valley. My family and I moved around a lot during our time in LA but our apartment at the 6800’s was by far the best. The apartments are gorgeous! Wide open modern floor plan, high quality construction and design with top of the line appliances! The sq ft. Is what locked us in to this building, the layout is just like a house would be and the rooms are HUGE! Checked all the boxes I had for Luxury living! Management / maintenance staff were always SO nice and super prompt with their communication! They made the move in / out process a total breeze. I would recommend this community 10/10 and would definitely go right back there if I’m in LA again!"
