"Really nice place, calm and tranquil. Leasing agents are really nice and amicable, however, there's one certain staff who is a racist and has the worst attitude, and most irresponsible service I've ever had throughout the experience of living at four different apartments. Have to knock off two stars for this."

"Do not live on glade street! This is the loudest street I have ever lived on. Constant noise from cars on the street, the car dealership right across is super loud even at 10pm, garbage truck coming TWICE a week. There is no such thing as being able to leave your window open without the constant loud noise. ive asked the manager if I could move units but that request was immediately denied. Wish they could have helped us somehow because we’re honestly very unhappy living on this side of the building. Learn from us & do not live on glade street!!"

"I come to this review section 3 years after moving out to say at least this: There are worse places. Noisier places. Places that don't have a mailroom, or security cameras, or once-a-year fumigation (or at least you guys did when I was there). There are places that don't care if there's only one working elevator or none at all, and the same places don't care if the car gates stop working. It's probably the one of the more safer and quieter complexes I've lived in. Dogs have their own little park. Why'd I knock off a star? It ain't perfect. Getting a hold of anyone in the office was hit or miss and sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I'd like to come back here, but WHY, OH WHY, are you charging the same for a 1+1 that you did for a 2+2? Are you insane? I lived in your 2+2. You are charging people the same rent for half the living area. Yikes. Three years isn't that long for that much of a hike."

"The manager office is a joke! They lie over lie over lie. Im having a licking in my kids room for over four months. I called them more than 10 times to come and fix they never did. The walls are full or malt so 2 month ago I decided to pull out my kids for there. Still today they are sleeping on the sofa. They don't care about it. They just keep lie Even after email "twice" the corporate office Oh I almost forgot!!! as well the cleaning is bad look at the picture is a spilled drink in the floor for over 3 weeks now"
