"I wanted to share my experience. I lived at the Q and just recently moved. My first year was mediocre. This past summer up until now has been GREAT. I see the managers walk around the property with bags picking up trash that some residents carelessly throw on the ground like animals, I'm really appreciative so THANK YOU. The staff is super friendly. Always speaking and holding doors and just all around helpful and polite. It's nice to have a feeling of comfort and that they are people and not robots. Move here you will enjoy it."

"I have been living her for about 6 months now and management/owners keep breaking their promises. It is indeed a great location and the units are nice, however, the amenities are sub-par (and some entirely absent). There are a lot of complexes in the area that are 600/700 dollars cheaper that offer more than this overpriced complex. First of all, they advertise they have a concierge, which is present about two/thirds of the time. This is highly inconvenient because you often need to greet your guest downstairs when in fact this shouldn't happen. In addition, check out the "great" gym (see pictures). No weights, no equipment. This has to be the saddest gym in LA County and far from the state of the art wellbeing center that is advertised on the Q's website. I suggest/recommend you don't sign a lease here. You can get much more elsewhere."
