"Terrible all around, my daughter was having her 7th birthday pool party as a disabled young child and the manager absolutely destroyed her dreams after disregarding HER feelings and not allowing for her little friends to join her on her special day. She proceeded to post a PRINTED OUT copy of the rules and regulations even after I explained the situation. Overall I feel completely disrespected and disgusted with the service that management in their lack of empathy, compassion and complete disregard of my comfort as an tax payer in this community. I will not be renewing my lease and this is an issue I will be taking up with the city government at the next board meeting."
