"If i could give 0stars i would. Manager has her moments one day shes professional other times rude and lies on you. You pay so much for rent yet the laundrymat never works...These apartments went the extreme to charge the 10% this year... Theres always car brake ins.. Also manager always argues with tenants."

"This property was great, 5 years ago when we moved in, when we had a kind, responsive manager and rent was more reasonable. The manager we have currently has made daily life so unenjoyable here at this complex that we have decided not to stay. The appliances are cheap and poorly installed, the repairs are shoddy, the revolving maintenance crew is not skillfully inclined. The management is combative, reactive, and singles out residents to pick on about things other residents seem to get a pass on. During COVID times, management struggles to comply with and enforce mask policy within the complex regarding vendors, gardeners, and deliveries, and within themselves. High crime area with roving strangers and nonresidents that enter the complex and harass the tenants. The rent goes up and the quality goes down."
