"So far my experience has been great. Still don't understand the rationale of the tandem parking but we're trying to make it work. The modern furniture is my style but the landscaping leaves alot to be desired. Some fresh mulch could make a big difference. Overall, I'm happy."

"I applied to this place and when you apply they tell you they will work with you to help get you approved and they didn’t help me at all. They wanted my co signer to make above $6,000 a month when I live in a totally different state with a different minimum wage. I showed the bank statements of all sorts and they wouldn’t work with me. Waste of $80. Glad they denied me I guess because apparently they have a horrible pest problem."

"I have had a good experience here since I have moved in. The manager has been helpful as I had a few issues when I initially applied but I appreciate their patience with me. Would recommend!"

"This place is awful. I filled up an application online for a 2 bedroom apartment to move-in in August and the application ask me to pay 500 dollars and i did. In the application said that i just have 72 hours to cancel and get my money back unless my application wont get approved. Shawn (manager) called me after 2 weeks and he told me that i am approved but to move in 2 months earlier and i explained to him that i cant do that because i have to pay penalties to my current resident. And he said that i eaither have to move in on June or my 500 dollars is gone. I explained to him that i filled up the application for August but they didn't care. If you want some one to steal your money apply here."

"This has to be the most rude property management I've ever dealt with. However very friendly maintenance people around the property. This place has been under construction for 2 years now I've gotten 2 nails in my tires and recently a ticket from LAPD for blocking lanes of traffic while I was waiting for the construction trucks to pull out of the driveway so I could enter the driveway. Living here is just ok if you like dealing with a rude manager. The construction brings a lot of problems such as the 2 porta-poties that make the rear parking lot smell terrible on warm days, the dumpsters are always full and most of the hallways have huge holes in the ceilings for the wiring the construction guys have been working on for 2 months. Most of the emergency exit signs are inoperable and the neighbors are very loud. Management has a terrible time at managing the parking situation, they are always moving cars around and changing parking spots on people. During the most recent rain event large branches were falling from the eucalyptus style trees in the back and crashing down to the cars parked below. See my attached images. The green Nissan was hit with the large branch pictured next to it."
