The rest of the staff are incredible and do a fantastic job of making sure all needs are met. Shopping district is steps away along with plenty of food options. "I have been living at the Villagio for about 8 months and I must say, it has exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the amazing staff who are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-manicured grounds and plenty of outdoor seating areas by the pool to enjoy. From the fully-equipped gym to the cozy movie room and even an in unit washer and dryer, everything is top-notch. I highly recommend The Villagio for anyone looking for the perfect apartment with a beautiful community."

"Great first apartment! I’ve lived here for a month and haven’t had any issues so far (except for ones that were caused by me, a beginner). Management is super quick and nice. It’s so convenient that the leasing office operates every day, including the weekends. Pretty amenities such as the fountain, swimming pool and lemon trees. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, too. My main attraction was the lovely smell of the lobby and other shared areas throughout the apartment. Well maintained apartment complex, would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and cute place to live in Northridge! :)"

"If you’re looking for a piece of Tuscany in the San Fernando Valley, look no further. We moved here almost 5 years ago and it has been a really great experience, although we may have to leave due to needing a bigger place. This apartment building was always quiet, kept up, management and the maintenance staff were amazing. The pool, gym and other facilities were always immaculate. Maintenance request? Done in 24hrs or less. This is what makes leaving so difficult. We’ve been looking for other homes due to a growing family but the bar has been set high. If you’re looking for. A great place don’t sleep."
