"5 stars to the men who actually worked on fixing and replacing the unit. 3-4 stars for the office. 3 week delay and I had to call 3 times to follow up on status and to even make sure approvals were in. With one time no one calling me back after leaving a voicemail, that I had to call again a few days later."

"The apartments look nice at a distance, when you dont look too closely both inside and out. PROS- They spray for bugs often and I rarely have issues with this or see them. There are severe laundry rooms and washers so when they break which is often. Maintenance is reliable and prompt for the most part aside from one issue I will mention in con. CONS- Once my carbon monoxide detector was going off a few times at night and when I notified maintenance the next day they told me to wait for it to happen again and record it. No resolution. I had a few holes in my walls that they put tape over and painted the same color as the wall. One of these holes was from the pipe under my bathroom sink that connected to my neighbor's apartment. When the tape fell off I could see directly into my neighbor's apartment, which was weird but not a really problem until they were removing the asbestos popcorn ceiling from that apartment and all the stuff under my sink was covered in dust and well asbestos. Also the current management is impossible to reach in the office as there is rarely anyone there, they do not answer the phone and mostly can only be reached by email which takes some time to get issues resolved."
