"I lived here back in 1992 and it had roaches and bedbugs back then. 31 years later, they seem to have the same issue. I guess the cockroach problem is similar to the homeless one...it will never be resolved."

"This place is an awful place to live. For the ridiculous amount of rent they charge. What they don’t tell you is that they use a third party management company that charges you everything so your $1,500 rent turns into $1,700. Washers and dryers are always broken. Laundry room is always dirty. They never fix anything, there’s a roach problem. The manager on site is an unprofessional rude lady. Don’t bother living here"

"This apartment complex is causing my husband and i many issues. Never move here, they are greedy for money. Even though they have proof on their computers that my husband did not trash the apartment they still want to suck him for money. The manager of that complex has the pictures on her computer . Pretty much the collection agency said its all about money and not if my husband is innocent or not. Shame on you people for hiring a rude collection agency. Guess you must desperately need the money."

"Building is infested with bed bugs I have been waiting a week in a half for a fumigation. The reason I have to fumigate is due to left furniture and beds where trashcan is and I’m the one that lives next to the trashcan I have had to get the apartment fumigated twice prior to this fumigation and I know that I’m not the one bringing them back home. The building alone needs to get Fumigated"

"No good, period. Bloods and cpa's and the thin blue line are a permanent fixture here along with people treating there animals like lesser then an attempting to result to violence when you offer to purches with your money no strings attached pet supplies for them. Not one word promised by landlord on move in was followed through on. I've had to do all pest control and repairs both within my apartment as well as OUTSIDE too! Had to fix gate about 8 times now on my time and dime (it's next to my window so the constant slamming is a constant problem. There's worse out there, butI just can't find a single redeeming value here. There's simply much better out there in the same price range so why bother, also the pics must be from 5-10 years ago or taken with a nice camera and a very artistic eye and touching up after, looks nothing like that."
