If you want to deal with headaches and pay for every little thing, trash, insurance, utility, associated water, also water waste bill, which all comes out to $300 with all their extra charges plus your rent on top, go ahead and rent it. But if you want to enjoying your unit/home and not deal with a annoying management and extra charges, go somewhere else."
