"TERRIBLE TRASH PROBLEM AND BAD PROPERTY MANAGER. Enclave is a smoker friendly apartment. The previous tenant in my unit was a smoker and my carpet, cabinets and walls smell like cigarettes. I asked if they would change the carpet and management refused. Stephanie Stallaing, the manager said "It's LA everyone smokes." They told me to open the windows and get some fresh air. Unfortunately, my neighbors under me smoke a lot, and all their smoke goes straight into my unit. Management said they are allowed to smoke, EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND OUT NOTICES SAYING PEOPLE CANNOT SMOKE ON THERE PATIOS. It's a nightmare, and no one is willing to help. They act like they care about you until you sign the lease, then you're trapped. The cigarettes are nasty, unhealthy and its not fair that we have to pay $2300 a month and live like this. MG properties responded to my original post but never followed up or do anything about this issues. I can't get out of my lease term either, it's an additional $4,700 to break my lease early. I don't recommend living here. The surrounding area isn't good, there's strangers getting into the facility, packages get stolen and cars get vandalized. Tenants trash the place, dogs pee in the walkways and management doesn't do anything about it. They refuse to enforce the trash policies and take action towards the trash. They just send mass emails and forget about it. They don't care because they don't have to live here. Look elsewhere. I have toured many other complexes with significantly cleaner living situations and more security cameras around the trash area and building. The general staff is nice, the maintenance guys are great, but the upper building manager is the problem. Newest update living here. A dog keeps peeing in the hallways and parking lot walkways instead of downstairs in the grass. The trash area and halls smell like urine and trash now. It just keeps getting worse and worse."

"I would not recommend anyone move here, I have had the worst experience here out of all the apartments I have lived in. The neighbors we live next to scream at each other day in and day out, there is never a time they aren't screaming at each other and the apartment does nothing about it. They also bring homeless people in and out of their apartment. I have run into their homeless family members or friends roaming the hallways multiple times. I would recommend looking for an apartment that cares about your safety and has proper security. I would never recommend this to place to anyone."

"Only gave 2 stars for the locations..Locations is alright and good for walking. But I did have a motorcycle stolen out the building and never was able to get footage or see footage from the parking structure. Now the worst part. So you can move in for a low amount, just to get you in. That when time to renew my lease they raised it almost $400. And now that I'm moving out there charging me $1165 for paint, cleaning, resurfacing a tub that never could get fully cleaned. You never know what your rent would be every month because they factor in the water bill for the whole building. So that change every month. So don't except to get security deposit back cause they'll find some to charge for. Oh and no phone service in most of the building.. Besides that it was alright."

"I made an appointment with a guided tour and she was amazing. Her name is Katherine. She did such an amazing job showing me and my husband and son around. She explained everything so thoroughly so I had no questions to ask. I would definitely have her tour me again!"

"Katherine was a great host. She showed us the whole property and the amenities. Great personality and information for the property. They’re very full but we hope they have availability at the end of October when we need to move."
