"Before going there, I called their office and asked about their office hours, she told me that you can come before 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:10pm but there door was closed, after multiple nocks, a lady come out and unprofessionally yelled at me and asked do you have an emergency? I told no! I come to visit the doctor but she told angrily that everybody left early today and she was RUDE and told me that come back tomorrow. I asked about a manager number or something but she ignored me! I do not know what are they doing or who they want to help? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!"

"Half star it’s too much,the lady on the front desk she’s very rude and unprofessional she don’t smile for the patients. I’m not waiting for the smile but she have to be friendly with the patient. I don’t recommend this office if you want to feel save and know your kids how with find another office."

"I love the doctors here, but trying to get through in the phone during “business hours” is a joke just this morning I’ve called over 15 times since 9 am when they are open and it’s like this every time I call. Then phones are closed from 12-2 which they turn on the answering service before 4:30, so if you work a regular job Monday through Friday good luck getting a call in to them. Either they need more people so they can still answer phones through lunch or they need to actually answer the phones during business hours."

"The doctors here are great when you can actually see them. They need to change their receptionist, she’s the worst. She answers the phone as if someone has died,( when she chooses to answer the phone that is). She always has an attitude and she isn’t helpful at all. When I try and make an appointment, she always tells me to take my kids to the emergency room or urgent care. I called their office once and when I finally got through, she told me they were closed, on a MONDAY, I showed up to the office and they were all there. What’s the point of having a doctor when you can’t be seen? I’m currently in the process of finding a new doctors office because their current staff are plain awful! I wish I can give them negative stars."

"Literally not a one star rating for the doctor. This group of doctors is fantastic. However the front desk and the answering service is a another story. It is nearly impossible to get a live person to speak with, and yes I am calling within working business hours. There is not an appointment line set up, and the one time I did get through the receptionist was rude to me for making my daughters appointment late. I would never be late on scheduling if there were proper handling of the phone and or automated system."
